Service Description

Semi-permanent color does not use a developer. It only stains the hair. All of the vivid, rainbow hair colors that you see are semi-permanent. For semi-permanent color to show up brightly, the hair must first be lightened to blonde and then colored over with semi-permanent color. This only applies if you want it to show up brightly. Semi-permanent colors fade relatively quickly (it will need to be touched up every few weeks. (Price may vary)

Cancellation Policy

To can cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are not refundable. Deposits may not be use or transferred to use with any other service other than the service booked. You may reschedule for the original service booked within 48hrs and the deposit will be applied to your service.
